Overview The collection consists of interviews with Georgia O'Keeffe's surviving relatives, colleagues, friends, and employees as well as supporting project documentation. The bulk of the materials date from 2000 to 2003 and include audiocassette recordings, typed transcripts, photographs, and research and project records.

Overview Olga Hirshhorn (b. 1920) was the wife of art collector and museum founder Joseph Hirshhorn (1899-1981). The Hirshhorns were friends of O'Keeffe in the mid-1960s and purchased several works from her that are now owned by the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C. Hirshhorn was interviewed by Sarah Burt.

Overview Veronica Honaker (1915-2001) was an education specialist, and director of federal reading programs in Albuquerque from 1965 to 1980. Her husband, Clyde Honaker (1911-1993), designed the metal frames for O'Keeffe's paintings. Honaker was interviewed by Sarah Burt.
