The letters from Georgia O'Keeffe to Charles Wickham "Wick" Moore relate to their personal friendship. Among the letters are three postcards with images of O'Keeffe's Abiquiu property on the front and one photograph of the Rio Chama.

Handwritten by O'Keeffe in pencil on verso: "Greetings for 1960 from my//poor house —//I go to N.Y.//tomorrow for a week. I //may—hope to return on the // 22nd—certainly not//later than Jan. 25th. Will//you plan to come on the 25th//or after—I will be staying// with Jean LeDoux if you//wish to reach me. Will write//you from N.Y. if I can—//Looking forward to your coming// through this poor door—G." Sent to Charles Wickham Moore.
