The collection consists of original documents relating to Georgia O'Keeffe's Abiquiu, New Mexico property dating from 1825 to 1897. The majority of the documents are handwritten in Spanish.

Overview

Two page handwritten land record on one piece of paper that has been stitched together with thread down the center. Document dates from September 9, 1836, mentions Mariano Trujillo and Ramon Archuleta, and is followed by signatures, one of which is Jose Maria Chavez. Notes on back read: Cadillal, Mariano Trujillo a Ramon Archuleta.
