Two page handwritten land record on one piece of paper, front and back. Main document dates from May 22, 1850, mentions C.A.W. Bowman, Jose Manuel Valdez, and Jose Anto Manzanares, and is followed by signatures. Note on back reads: Deed from Francisco Marteen to C.A.W. Boman [illegible] El Rincon bajo del Pueblo.
