Five page handwritten document concerning the conditions and rules for distributing Vallecitos land. Document is dated December 10, 1867, and has the following names listed: Manuel Garcia, Eliseo Salazar, Jose Anastacio Trujillo, Geronimo Gallegos. Note on back mentions number six and reads "Reglamento de las condiciones del reporta del de Terreno de Bellecito Dbre. 10 de 1867." Manhattan Mills Congress seal in top left corner of paper.
