Overview

Three page handwritten land record on one piece of paper, front and back. Main document dates from January 7, 1871, mentions Juan Pascual Martin, Manuela Butierrez, and Pedro Chavez, and is followed by signatures. Notes on back mention Juan Pascual Martin and Pedro Chavez, and states that Pedro Chavez has 35 varas that were bought and sold to Pablo Jaramillo. There are two five cent and three 10 cent Internal Revenue contract stamps on this document.
