Three page handwritten land record on two pieces of paper, front and back. Main document dates from January 25, 1888, mentions Maria Catarina Garcia de Gallegos and Jose Maria C. Chavez, and is followed by signatures. On the third page is a handwritten statement by Juan [illegible] J. Duran dating from March 10, 1888. Separate note on back reads: En La Cieneguita Documento Maria Catarina Garcia de Gallegos Jose Maria C Chavez. Also on back 1101 sur 20 varas.
