Two page handwritten land record on one piece of paper, front and back. Handwritten at the top of the first page is number seven and 35 varas. Main document dates from December 27, 1849, mentions Juan de los Reyes Garcia and Jose Anto Manzanares, and is followed by signatures. On the back page is a County of Rio Arriba Probate Court seal next to a handwritten statement by Fernando Salazar dating from August 3, 1881. Separate notes on back mention pueblo number seven and Bajo del Pueblo.
