Overview
Henry McKinley (1929-1914) spent his youth at Ghost Ranch where his parents worked for Arthur Pack. McKinley spent his career working as an agricultural extension agent in range management and tending to his own cattle at his various ranches. He remembers first meeting his wife, Margaret (Peg) Pack McKinley (b. 1927), when they were children together on Ghost Ranch. O'Keeffe purchased her Ghost Ranch house from Arthur Pack, Margaret Pack McKinley's father. Pack and his family were life-long friends of O'Keeffe. The McKinleys were interviewed by Jane Cook.
