Herbert Lotz Georgia O'Keeffe Property Photographs
Scope and Content Note
Herbert Lotz photographed Georgia O'Keeffe's Ghost Ranch property and surrounding area in 1999. Lotz was contracted by the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum to photograph Georgia O'Keeffe's property in Abiquiu during the Museum's 10th Anniversary. In 2011, the Museum contracted Lotz to photograph both the Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch properties. The collection includes both interior and exterior views of the properties. This collection consists of 35 mm color negatives, 120 color transparency film, 4 x 5" color transparency film, and copy prints with the bulk of the collection in 35 mm format and focusing on the Abiquiu property.
