Sent to Charles Wickham Moore in 1959. Handwritten by Georgia O'Keeffe in pencil on verso: "Thanks for the record—It is//lovely—I have another recording//of same but not nearly so good.//We had a fine Xmas eve—//very amusing—rain for Xmas//—snow since—I went to the//ranch this AM—had a fine//walk in the new snow with//the dogs—It was startingly//beautiful—//When will you be//coming? Have written Rolf//but have not heard from her.//Best to you—G."

Quitclaim deed to an Abiquiu property in which Martin J. Bode, Administrator of the Estate of J.M.C. Chavez, transfers property to Archbishop R.A. Gerken and the Catholic Church. Includes three page warranty deed and one page quitclaim deed. O'Keeffe would later obtain the property.

Collection consists of original documents relating to Georgia O'Keeffe's property in Abiquiu, New Mexico, and dates from 1825 to 1897.
