Abiquiu

Quitclaim deed to an Abiquiu property in which Martin J. Bode, Administrator of the Estate of J.M.C. Chavez, transfers property to Archbishop R.A. Gerken and the Catholic Church. Includes three page warranty deed and one page quitclaim deed. O'Keeffe would later obtain the property.

Collection consists of original documents relating to Georgia O'Keeffe's property in Abiquiu, New Mexico, and dates from 1825 to 1897.
